MONDAY FORMAT SIGN UP PROCEDURES

1. Monday Sign Up starts at 3 P.M. Monday prior to the following Monday Format. Anyone signing up prior to that time will be deleted and be required to sign up again.
2. Any member signing up for the scheduled format prior to the cutoff (5 P.M., Friday prior to scheduled Monday format) is guaranteed a spot, (80 spots), unless they cancel prior to 5 P.M., Sunday prior to the scheduled Monday format.
3. Any member will have the option to cancel prior to 5 P.M., Sunday prior to the scheduled Monday format. After the cancellation cutoff, the member will be expected to play the Monday format, which they signed up, unless an emergency occurs which will not allow the member to participate. (Please contact Monday Play Coordinator as soon as possible, so we may attempt to fill the spot.) If the spot cannot be filled, the member cancelling may still be responsible to pay the entry fee. ($10).
4. Any member signing up after the format is full (80 spots), prior to the cutoff (5 P.M. on Friday prior to scheduled Monday format) will be placed on a Stand-By list.
5. Any member signing up after the cutoff (5 P.M., Friday prior to scheduled Monday format) are not guaranteed (even if the format is not full) a spot for the Monday format and will be placed on a Stand-By list.
6. Stand-By List – Members signing up after the format is full (80 spots) or after the cutoff (5P.M. on Friday prior to the scheduled Monday format) will be placed on the Stand-By List (Note: After foursomes are published and a member is not included, they will have been placed on the Stand-by List in the order of sign-up. If the member does not wish to be placed on the Stand-By List, please make note in the comments section. Members on the Stand-By List should be available to play on very short notice, including Monday morning.) Sign-ups will be based on the date and time stamp, next to the member’s name, (The date and time stamp is created by the host server located in the Central Standard Time Zone).
7. NO GAME (NG) – The NG option will no longer be part of the Monday Format. Members not wishing to participate in the Monday format will be responsible to make their own times.
8. Parameters are subject to change for the benefit of all members (Major Tournaments, i.e. Club Championship, Member Guest, etc.)
